  • All students are required to comply with the academic rules, examination policies, and administrative regulations of the awarding university. Final authority regarding admissions, examinations, results, and certification rests solely with the university.
  • Decisions related to examination schedules, evaluation, results, and issuance of marksheets or degree certificates are governed by the university. Any delays arising from university processes will be handled in accordance with their official guidelines.
  • In the event that a refund request is approved, applicable service or processing charges may be deducted as per institutional policy.
  • Refunds are not applicable once university enrollment has been successfully completed. However, if the university rejects or declines the enrollment application, the student will be eligible for a refund in accordance with the prescribed refund policy.
  • Admissions may be cancelled without refund if a student fails to pay applicable course or examination fees, is unable to appear for scheduled examinations, or submits false, incomplete, or misleading information during the admission process.
  • Requests for admission cancellation must be submitted in writing within 72 hours of the initial fee payment, subject to university approval and applicable deductions.
